FREE session for frontline workers

Tuesday 24th November 7-8pm (UK)

A 1 hour online workshop for frontline staff to learn some simple ways to reduce stress and anxiety and give themselves some much needed self-care at this crazy time.

Here’s what we’ll be doing:

⭐ Understanding how anxiety works in the body and mind

⭐ Learning how to work with stress and anxiety in a positive and proactive way

⭐ Trying out practices to help access your inner calm

I’m Leah Sian Davies and I create experiences that bring people to life! I have been supporting students, teachers and all kinds of people in the workplace to manage stress and anxiety for nearly 10 years. I use simple and effective practices that when used regularly help us to access our inner calm, boost our well-being and allow us to feel less stressed. When we practice this, anxiety is something we no longer need to fear, we can learn to understand it and even make friends with it.
