FREE workshop: Celebrating Ourselves (even when life gets tough)
Monday 25th January 11am (UK)
It can be pretty hard to celebrate when the world feels so heavy and dark, but this is when we need an antidote of lightness the most.
Learning to celebrate ourselves and our life in tough times is one of the biggest favours we can do for ourselves. We may know that we have things to feel good about and grateful for, but often we don’t allow ourselves to experience what that feels like in the moment.
Maybe we compare our suffering to others and feel like we don’t deserve to be happy, or maybe we’ve fallen into the hole of hopelessness and are struggling to find joy in even the smallest of things.
Positive emotions are like medicine for the overwhelmed, anxious state that we are in. And I’m not talking about ‘toxic positivity’. I mean making space for the good, the bad and the ugly, so that we experience ALL of life and feel alive again.
In this workshop we will be….
⭐Understanding why practicing gratitude is good for our health and happiness.
⭐Learning to accept and embrace all of our experiences (the good, the bad and the ugly)
⭐Practicing some simple and powerful ways to celebrate ourselves, even when times are tough
This workshop is for you if…
⭐You are feeling the heaviness of the world and are in need of some lightness
⭐You are a resilient, hopeful person at heart, but feel like you’ve lost your mojo
⭐You really want to experience more joy in the day to day moments
I’ve got you covered! expect a practical approach to the warm fuzzy feelings….
‘Celebrating ourselves’ is a theme from my Living life on you Own Terms experience that’s starting on the 2nd of February, which is going to bloody brilliant and I will tell you more about it in the workshop. Rest assured, whether you choose to join me on this or not, you will get lots from this workshop – it is NOT a sales pitch!
