FREE workshop: Safety v’s Freedom
Thursday 14th January 11am (UK)
Safety and freedom are two sides of the same coin. If you want to feel free, do the things you really want to do and be more yourself, your insides have to get the message that it’s safe and ok for you to go ahead. There is a lot of talk about stretching our comfort zones and doing scary things, which can certainly help us grow and have an interesting life, but if we don’t have a safe home inside ourselves to return to, then these actions can be short lived, unsustainable and even overwhelming.
What would it be like to try new things, make decisions and choices from a place of trust, confidence and ease? In my experience this is when we are truly rocking our power. So, I want to allow you to experience more of what it’s like to live in this place, and that’s what we will be doing here.
In this workshop we will be….
⭐Understanding why we need to feel safe in order to experience freedom
⭐Learning how to step out of survival mode and into a place of self trust and ease.
⭐I will be guiding you through some gorgeous practices to help you feel comfortable in your own skin
This workshop is for you if…
⭐You often feel anxious, rushed or there is some sense of urgency underlying.
⭐You experience self-doubt and want to be able to trust yourself more.
⭐You want to experience more ease and lightness to make decisions and choices that feel truly like you.
I’ve got you covered! expect to feel your feet on the ground, your mind and heart open and a sense that it’s safe to be you.
‘Safety v’s freedom’ is a theme from my Living life on you Own Terms experience that’s starting on the 19th January, which is going to bloody brilliant and I will tell you more about it in the workshop. Rest assured, whether you choose to join me on this or not, you will get lots from this workshop – it is NOT a sales pitch!
